These peanut butter fudge cubes are amazing. If your looking for quick energy on the trail, or body fat increasers, love handle expanders, these peanut butter fudge bars will do the trick.
2 dl unsalted butter
2 dl peanut butter
1 tsp Vanilla extract
8 dl icing sugar
1 dl unsalted or salted peanuts
Line a 20×25 cm baking dish with parchment paper. Melt the butter and peanut butter in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Add vanilla, icing sugar and nuts to the mixture, stir and then pour the mixture into the parchment paper, spread evenly and let cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for a few hours until hard and you’re done. Cut into whatever size slices you prefer.
